As of Dec. 18th, The Envision Bistro will be closed for winter break, but the good news is that we're embarking on a new culinary adventure in 2024. Starting with the spring semester of ’24, WSU Tech’s Culinary Arts students will be bringing their passion and skills to The Envision Bistro as part of their curriculum. This means a fresh and vibrant energy in our kitchen, with students immersing themselves in the dynamic environment of a working restaurant. Their participation will extend beyond the kitchen as they collaborate on shaping the culinary offerings that will delight you, our valued guests.
 
Stay tuned for updates on The Envision Bistro's reopening in January.
 
Jinya Ramen Bar will operate under their normal business and holiday hours.

SPRING BREAK 2024: Because of the student-operated concept, The Envision Bistro will be closed March 11th - 15th in observance of WSU Tech Spring Break. Normal operating hours for The Envision Bistro will resume on March 18th.

The Food Hall at NICHE (including The Envision Bistro and The Coffee Spot) will have extended closure hours over Winter Break. The Coffee Spot at NICHE will re-open on January 8th with regular hours of 7:30am-11am. The Envision Bistro will re-open on January 14th with regular hours of 11am-2pm.
