Henry’s Place, the event center and rooftop terrace at NICHE, has over 3,500 square feet of indoor event space with over 5,500 square feet of space on the Rooftop Terrace.

NICHE RENTAL RATES
HENRY’S PLACE – THE EVENT CENTER AND ROOFTOP TERRACE AT NICHE
Available for all-day rentals only Friday to Sunday.
Friday through Sunday all-day rental includes up to 5 hours of event time plus additional contiguous time for event setup and tear down, to be scheduled between the hours of 10 am to 12 am (Midnight). Monday through Thursday by the hour rentals include up to 2 hours of contiguous time for setup and tear down in addition to the event hours, to be scheduled between the hours of 7 am to 11 pm.
